Ready for Spring.

This gray weather is really getting me down! I am ready to move my exercise regimine outside. I've made it a goal to try running so my head is wrapped around the idea but now I wait until the morning temps are out of the 20 and 30s. I'm thinking another week, maybe two? I've picked up my workout on the elliptical. Not sure what it will be like once I have the impact of the pavement. I hope my joints don't rebel. Okay, I'm scared. I really want this to be something I can do. I guess I'll never know unless I just do it. Spring, where are you?

    I've been feeling the same way. Wanting to go to the track soooo bad but it's way tooo cold!!! I love your pretty flowers!! That really gives me spring fever. Thanks for sharing!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I'm waiting for spring, too! It's so much nicer to be outside, before it gets unbearably hot, that is. LOL!

I felt it most in my ankles when I first started running outside. My knees haven't bothered me the way I've heard other people say. I guess it varies from person to person. But it does go away, I promise!

    This weather is really getting to me too. I love walking and cannot do that ,safely, with the weather like this. I do not have a treadmill, so I just walk through my house...10 minutes is the longest I can stand to do that!
Spring will surely show up and lets hope it is not full of rain!

Just hold on to your hope os spring soon and you can do anything you put your mind to emoticon
