Well, I did perfect on the calories yesterday! Had plenty to eat--all healthy and enjoyed it all!
Nature's Own bread with Gwaltney bacon
coffee with coffeemate and sugar
Granola chewy bar (90 cal)
small boneless pork chop--fat removed
small baked potato with ff butter sub.
garden salad with 1tbl low fat dressing and 1 tbl Parm. cheese
Granola bar (90 cal)
Spaghetti squash with sauce and parm. cheese
Oven "fried" french fries
Oven "fried" fried mushrooms with panko crumbs
Garlic bread made with Nature's Own, ff butter and garlic (80 cals)
Vitamin ball ***
100 cal. popcorn
Sodium, Na 2413 (2300 was goal). I'm almost always over on salt.
Fat 27 (goal 57-100)
Carbs 258 (goal 289-418)
My fats and carbs are usually low and I'm okay with that. I do take fish oil daily, though, but I try to keep my fats low because of Cholesterol. I've gotten it down from 263 to 191 and my triglycerides from 137 to 57!!!
***I take a daily "vitamin ball". It is 1500 mgs of Niacin for cholesterol (Doctor prescribed), cinnamon (for blood sugar as Niacin raises blood sugar), Biotin, multi-vitamin, magnesium, cranberry, CQ-10, acidophilus, and fish oil.
