I love it! I can poop! If anyone is having issues try this! Ginger root and lemon! Just throw em together and let it simmer 15 min and yum! I also eat the root after, thinly sliced, or it becomes to much! Yeah me!!!!!!
Plus I am in my 3rd week of my running program! And if the scale says the same thing tomorrow I have lost pounds! I am not changing the weight yet, I wanna make sure it isn't because of my tendency of sweating like a piglet on my runs!
I still eat like crap, and need more more motivation there!!
