Starting Weight: 168.2
I am starting the Lean P90X Program today. Week 1 Day 1 consists of Core Synergistics, a 55 min functional ab routine. Honestly, this video didn't really burn me the way I hoped. I chose to go with the lean program instead of the classic one because it's based more on cardio and "lean muscle" instead of "muscle hypertrophy and size". Maybe it's because I ALWAYS work my abs, seeing as my tum-tum is my trouble zone, but this workout just didn't cut it for me. Tomorrow is Cardio X, so we'll see how that goes. If all else fails, I'll switch to the Classic plan. Day 1 of that was 55 minutes of chest and back...mostly pull-ups, and I am NOT a fan of pull-ups LOL!
