Day 1 Week 2

last week i burned off 4 lbs in 7 days. i ate healthy, i worked out 6 days and i felt great!
i hope to lose 4 or 5 lbs this week and if so, i will make my goal for sure! but if it doesn't happen, so what, i know i'll hit my goal even if i only lose 2 lbs a week.
thank you sparkpeople for inspiring me and motivating me! 46 lbs to go!!
