I started week 3 of Chalene Extreme, which consisted of lower & back exercise,some Core
I added a kettle bell workout when I finished Chalene workout. Did 2 sets of 12 reps
QFC: side push ups : 4 x 20 reps
Jacks : 300
jump rope: 15 min
step ups on balance pods : 200
kickbox: 25 min
crunches/variety: 300
planks variety
push ups on ball/w/eg lifts: 60 reps
rear leg lifts & pulses/w/ ball: 60 per leg
jogging up on balance pods: 6 min 2 min. at a time
Kettle bell workout : after Chalene workout : 2 sets X 12 reps
Walked my Dog: 30 min.
Yoga : cat, cow, warrior I, II, III, cobra, downward facing dog (All held for 60 seconds)
