I goofed today and went too close to ice cream....ice cream is evil. I told my wife that I would not eat ice cream unless we made a special trip and ate it somewhere else but home....well thats what we did.

I discovered that our new local ice cream parlor, Scoops n' More (emphasis on "More") has a rather large hot fudge sundae. I will not divulge the scoop count, but suffice to say that I went over my calorie range for the very first time!

Ice cream has always been my favorite thing to eat...I started early getting experience eating it. My family ate gobs of it and I always over-indulge.

I won't be going to Scoops n' More for a while...maybe next time just a one-scooper!
