Well hello world, I finally got off the couch and worked out three times this week. one day of 30 min on the elliptical and then 45 minutes the day after next, and then today 30 minutes again! The 45 minute session kicked my butt, and my lungs felt like they were burning since my heart rate went so high and the resistance was at the highest setting! I had to adjust it lower and I still had a challenging work out. But once it was completed I was so proud of myself and glad I stuck with it the whole 45 minutes! I felt great the rest of the day. I wanted to workout yesterday but I got caught up visiting relatives all day. I want to try and lose 20-30 pounds before I get pregnant. If thats the path that happens. I am looking forward to the next workout now. I am seriously considering putting all my comfy clothes in storage somewhere, so I will have to force myself to lose weight to fit into what is available. Sweatpants be banished lol! Have a great day everyone and happy workouts, its the small steps that get us to a great end result. No rushing. Because I realize every little bit that I exercise is another step towards a healthier heart, mind and body. A overall healthier me and that is something I can't rush but enjoy the changes like a fine wine :).
