    Hi Adrienne!

Thanks for the feedback- isn't vblogging fun! I feel like I know you, even though I don't really... ; )

Yes, I feel lucky every time I go for a run through the city and see the statue of liberty and all that jazz- it's also inspiring to see all the other runners out there doing there thing. I am really enjoying it and hope my foot doesn't stop me from keeping on!

Thanks so much for all of the comments and compliments guys!!! You all make me sick! LOLOLOL!!!

Teresa - I know you are concerned about the candy on my desk - but trust me, It is behind my computer monitor and I don't even see it most of the time - also, it disappears so fast that I don't have time to eat it! It's much better there than it is at home because I have more discipline at work than I do anywhere else!

haha I think I kissed my girlfriend a few too less times to count it as a Hershey kiss.

When I had a body bugg I saw how crazy it was that you burn like 1-2 calories a minute just sleeping. It's crazy stuff!! :)

YO ADRIENNE ... your hair makes me SICK!! :-P

For the record -- I can eat just 1 Hershey kiss. I'm disciplined like that.

And not to burst your bubble, but I think for you to technically be able to count something as CARDIO, doesn't it have to be for an extended period of time, like at least 15 mins.? Now if you walk your steps for 15 mins., I say count it! :-P I'm just being silly.

Keep up the good work and thanks for including Rockefeller in the blogs. I always look forward to seeing where he is next. :-)

YO ADRIENNE! JUST KIDDING! I know what you mean about the name thing. I use to get teased a lot about my name DALLAS. You can just imagine, Dallas Texas, Dallas Cowboys, Or Houston and Austin, whatever! I do like my name, it's a great conversation starter. They ask "Are you from Texas?" It's so funny, who would name their kid after the state you were from?!

Also I'm glad you brought up the complement thing. It's true, I don't know how to take a complement well! I learned from that I didn't realize that it makes others uncomfortable when you say something negative about yourself. I will remember to say "Thank You" now!

This is WAY off topic from your blog but I just had to say:

I guess I hadn't seen any of your blogs before because I just want to tell you I think video blogs are an AWESOME idea :) Maybe I'll be brave enough to do them myself. Part of what I love about sparkpeople is that it's teaching me to be accountable for who I am! And what an awesome way to see your own progress too. Plus, you get to feel like a movie star! ;)
