I have had to take some time away from my training...it is killing me!!!! I injured my calf and was feeling very tight. I have been doing some stretching and some yoga all weekend, I am ready to get back on the trail...where I belong! I have been doing much better this week nutrition wise. All the birthday cake is gone and I threw out tons of left over cookies, cupcakes and other misc. treats. We still have 3 large bottles of soda that I have no idea what to do with. I feel so wasteful dumping everything...but we just don't eat it!
Well, paper route tomorrow and then back to training Monday morn...boy I can't wait to get back out there!

    If the soda hasn't been opened, how about your local food bank? Glad to hear you're ready to get back out there. Hopefully the break and the stretching have helped things out. Oh, and I like the name for your kitty, hope you post pics once she has her kittens! emoticon

    So glad to hear you're on the mend! I hate to dump things too - it does seem "wasteful" - but if I can't find someone that wants it, I try to remember that at least it's not "waistful"! LOL

    Glad you took it easy and your calf is healing - so important to be careful. Enjoy your paper route - I'll be watching to make sure mine hits the doormat! LOL
