I have had to take some time away from my training...it is killing me!!!! I injured my calf and was feeling very tight. I have been doing some stretching and some yoga all weekend, I am ready to get back on the trail...where I belong! I have been doing much better this week nutrition wise. All the birthday cake is gone and I threw out tons of left over cookies, cupcakes and other misc. treats. We still have 3 large bottles of soda that I have no idea what to do with. I feel so wasteful dumping everything...but we just don't eat it!
Well, paper route tomorrow and then back to training Monday morn...boy I can't wait to get back out there!
