walking on treadmill

Yep gonna get some walking in so far this past week did 5 30min session on treadmill for a mile to two mile walk. A good pace not too fast because don't want to mess with the ankle just getting back to doing this walking routine.
I posted my results on a calendar that is visable for any member of the family to see. Makes me more accountable that's for sure. I think in my mind it is working for me. My husband is doing good when he is off work he runs for an hour and that's not good for me so I just do the walking. I am hoping to get to the gym and use the eliptical that will help me tone some in the lower half of my body. The last time I got to using the eliptical I lost inches in my thighs and butt area and I so need to do some of that for the core area.
Good luck everyone on spark hope your journey is going great with losing lbs and inches too. I would like to lose the inches right now over the lbs want to be able to wear some of my last year summer shorts. emoticon
