    I've never been to olive garden but I know when I go out I eat a whole dinner portion so I think you did great. I hope following sparks reccomendations work for you, I know when I actually follow it, it works for me. Keep up the good work, you're doing great ^_^

    I love Olive Garden but Jared hates it!!! :( He said he would rather eat skyline chili and he HATES skyline chili! lol

Those darn scales. I was up 3 lbs exactly 24 hours apart from weigh ins! uhhhhhhhhh?????????????? lol

    Sounds like some good changes you have in mind, you can totally do it! Good luck! Give yourself the two weeks, follow spark and you will be successful. Good job with Olive Garden too... I've noticed that at a few places that the lunch portion or small portion is the same as the dinner or full portion... annoying! way to go with not eating it all.

    Hope the contact lenses settle in for you.
BTW no one likes tests, but you will get used to it.
I hate trying to chose from menus, I sit there and tend to order that same thing all of the time, it gets so boring and the sodium is in so much.I love Olive Garden but luckily there isn't one in my city. Glad that you were strong willed enough to only eat the portion that you wanted to.
You seem to have a good new goal in mind. I wish you a successful new start. I hope you can get in the workouts minutes that you want to.
