Veggie Dip is Deceiving!

First video blog. Yay! I cut my hair, bought a bathing suit, and am still waiting on my sociology test grade. Now it's time to work out!

Love the bangs and I'm so impressed that you bought a two-piece! I haven't gotten the courage up to do that yet, but I'm counting on another 3 or 4 months of heavy workouts to help with that before the summer season.

You're right about the veggie dip. So much "healthy" food is really not so much. I've actually been using hummus as a dip for both veggies and pita bread. My favorite is roasted red pepper -- yummy! It's 40 calories for 2 tbsp (I always measure it out so I don't get out of hand with it!) -- not too bad and certainly chickpeas are healthy. Anyway, you might give it a try as a sub for the other stuff.

Hope you hear about your test grade soon -- waiting can be so stressful -- and that it's off the charts!
