Just used the Nutrition Tool to see what I ate today...needless to say my day was very very bad. :(

I admit I was weak and ate Stouffer's Macaroni & Cheese throughout the day for lunch, snack and dinner, finally finishing off the entire 40 0z's a depressing thought actually, to think that I ate that whole thing when I had purchased it to be used as a side dish with some turkey meatloaf I was going to make for dinner for my hubby and me some night. :(

I'm feeling very down now. :(

    Hey, we all do that. But tomorrow is a new day and you can start all over. At least you logged it, and next time that is appealing to you, you can think about it,knowing more about what you are doing to yourself, and make the right choice instead.

    I think most of us who are honest with ourselves have eaten the whole box. It's one of those emotional and physical "diet disasters". What keeps me from feeling terrible is that even if I eat a lot of calories it doesn't stay. I hope you'll pamper yourself a little and enjoy your next healthy meal. Best wishes to you.
