1. Track my food everyday
Did not track food on 2/13, 2/14, and 2/15. We were away for the weekend for our anniversary.
2, Exercise at least 15 min every day
I missed 2 days, 1 because my ankle was really bothering me and the other because of a dental appointment
3. Get my house spring cleaned 1 room at a time. (I don't want to wait until Spring because when Spring comes, I want to be able to go out and enjoy the good weather!)
I have 4 rooms completed so far! Woohoo! Would have more done, but the snow got in the way, and I had to shovel, LOL.
4. Follow the 28 day program in The Spark.
Got a little side tracked on this as well, but am trying to follow it.
So, not as on track as I would like to be, but a lot better then I had been doing.
