So if you had read my updated profile you would know that I had joined weight watchers. Well today was weigh in day. I wasn't expecting to really lose anything, in fact I wouldn't have been surprised to have gained. I made some not so great choices over the past couple of weeks. no excuses just bad decisions on my part, not wanting to take the time to do it right. I did however do my workouts and that is probably what saved me. another 1.2 down! WOOO HOOO only 1.2 more to go to hit my first 10 loss! Go me GO ME!

  Congrats! We should never beat ourselves up when we slip - just keep that goal ahead of us and plug along. I remember those weigh-in days at WW. I eventually became a life member, but couldn't go back now without losing a few pounds! It's a good program, and combined with SPARK, you should see those pounds and the whole body change rapidly. Keep us posted!

  Congrats! We should never beat ourselves up when we slip - just keep that goal ahead of us and plug along. I remember those weigh-in days at WW. I eventually became a life member, but couldn't go back now without losing a few pounds! It's a good program, and combined with SPARK, you should see those pounds and the whole body change rapidly.
