Feb. 18, 2009 - What I did today for exercise

No bike ride today. Instead, Shyanne and I went to the gym for day 1 of the free 1 week membership. We worked out on the different machines. Next, we played racket ball, then went swimming, then jacuzzi, then shower and sauna, dressed and home. I didn't have a high calorie burn day, just 300+, but I did get lots of strength. I have eaten healthy all day, I have been totally on track, finishing my water now, then tea, then bed. Tomorrow, well that will be one busy day. Let me see if I can complete it all. Means early morning again.

We are going to clean on house, rotor till the garden, mow the yard, go on bike ride, fix sweet pork chops and scallop potatoes (the healthy kind totally) 236 calories for dinner. Then we are going to go to the gym to workout, play racket ball, swim, jacuzzi, sauna and home.

I invited my sister over for dinner. She gets to have a healthy low cal, low fat, low cholesterol dinner.

I do have to say I was disappointed being up a pound....grrr...and I truly have worked so hard at this too. Well, I am contributing it to muscle and continue on.

    Geez, sounds like you really built up that muscle yesterday!!!! Enjoy that week pass! It sounds like your sister is in for a real treat.....enjoy the time with her.
