Touching Jesus' Cloak

Thursday, February 18, 2010

My devotional today was called: To Touch Jesus Cloak

Mark 5:25-28
And a woman who had a hemorrhage for twelve years, and had endured much at the hands of many physicians, and had spent all that she had and was not helped at all, but rather had grown worse, after hearing about Jesus, came up in the crowd behind him, and touched his cloak. For she thought, “If I just touch His garments, I shall get well.”

If you need a healing touch, I want to encourage you to spend some time touching the cloak of Jesus today and seek His healing.

Thank you, Lord, for healing me today by renewing my spirit and deepening my faith. I worship You and thank you for your tender mercies and your grace.

I came here because I saw this on your post. I love this story, it's so meaningful for me. I reach out to touch Jesus' hem as often as I can . Sometimes for physical healing, others just to renew & revive my spirit. Thank you for sharing.
