    You seriously only lost 3 lbs since OCTOBER? Well you have done an excellent job.. that's 3 lbs! Ummm yeah I'm not doing much better - I mean, I haven't done SQUAT lately, but we totally deserve it and will win this battle. I need a good inspirational book like that - thanks for being awesome. You are my daily inspiration :) Starrrrrrrrrrrrbucks!

    I really like your video blogs and honestly, you remind me of my son. He seems to find humor in any situation. You can do this, and as someone already pointed out..."you are here!" And consistency is 9/10 of the equation. Keep pushing forward!!

Snakes! Nice. I'm a wimp when it comes to tattoos, but it has nothing to do with needles - I'm just paranoid about the permanency..

    Chris keep the exercising up, it's slow at first, but after you build the muscle you will start losing weight! The more muscles you have the more calories you burn, even at rest. It should breakthrough your plateau in no time! emoticon

I like your blogs! You can do this Chris, even if you knee hurts. Just do upper body work! Look up some SP upper body routines to do today. When your knee feels better do the dvds again!
