Even tough I am really sore still - I got up and did 15 minute warm up on the treadmill and then I took body pump again and did a good stretch and i made it - lunges and abs were HARD and i did have to use a lower weight today.
Dinner out was a huge down fall last night but we didnt have a choice it was so late, the kids orthodontist ran SO late and they were not going to make it till we got home and cooked that late, so Olive Garden it was - UGH - darn breadsitx and now were doing pizza and a movie at friends this weekend, so I better get my in a GOOD work out saturday morning, no excuses i have to BURN come good calories....or else...
today is 100 days till Memorial Day, Incase you wanted a good scare. Time to get weight off and shape up before bathing suit season!
