This has been a fabulous week! I was not able to take measurements or weight in on Monday night (02/15/2010) so I did it on Wednesday morning (02/17/2010) after Barbell.
The last week of my cousin being in town was a wonderful experience, we got to know each other and develop a friendship I never thought possible we would have. She helped me through a lot and it was great having a workout buddy.
This morning I went running with a friend who pushed me to the limit, we went around the Memorial Park loop and finished it in 25:59 min!!! I couldn't believe it, my best time before that had been 31 min - Yes my heart felt like it was going to pop-out of my chest and my lungs were craving some much needed oxygen, but I did it and it felt great!! I plan on pushing myself harder and harder now, testing my limits, becoming a better athlete.

Weight: 118 lbs and 0 oz - Loss 14 oz
Waist: 32.0 in - No Gain / No Loss
Hips: 36.0 in - Loss 0.5 in
I am super close to my original goal of 115 lbs, once I get there I will reassess myself and set up new goals.
Is not a question of IF I can - I KNOW I CAN - The only thing standing between me and my goals is ME!
