ok, so I went a little over today. Not to bad considering its a weekend and there was fresh bread in the house. :)

    LELU!!! I thought you had just stop coming!! I'm so glad you are ok! I'm sure your diet is going better then you think. My feet are doing much better. I've found that between wearing the splints to bed and wearing a travel neck pillow at night also (the kind you use when your on a plane that has seeds in it) my feet feel fine. Maybe my neck wasn't aligned properly when I sleep?? I don't know but it works so I go with it :) I'll be doing a 5K this weekend so I'm pretty pumped about that! And I just signed up to do the Diabetes Walk on November 4th!! YAY!! That is a 2 mile walk though. I'm thinking about attempting to run that one. I'll have to see how my training goes.

    Hey Girl, how the hwck are you. I have been so bad and writing on here lately. Diet wise not horroble but not good and exercise is down to once a week. But I'm trying (once again) to get back in the swing of things.
How's the feet?
