This is our reminder that having gym buddies are a good thing.
Fess up...how many times would you like to put on the old PJ's and get in bed with a teddy bear and go to sleep. Okay...maybe not the teddy bear but still -- PJ's, warm bed. Sounds good sometimes right?
Tonight I was pure evil. My DH is one of my gym buddies. We were driving home and honestly I told him I would get in bed naked if he would stop for chips and a margarita and let me skip my Shift & Lift class.

your whining and get your gym clothes on. Literally we got home at 6:55 and were out the door shortly after 7:00 so I could get to my 7:15 class.
I got through the 40 mins of spinning and the
20 mins of nonstop upper body weights and drank
32 ounces of water while there.
I came home and had a huge salad with sliced turkey.
Now none of that would have happened without a strong gym buddy. I have two other buddies that I met for different things at the gym, but primarily it's my DH or one of my daughters. They stay strong when I am weak. In the end they are partners who care about my goals as much as I do.
Find someone that can hold you accountable and encourage you when you need it most. We don't always have the strength on our own to get it done every day. I know today I wouldn't have.
