So, if you've read my sparkpage (no biggie if you haven't!), you know that I lost 24 lbs before joining SparkPeople. My goal when starting was to lose 8 lbs, which would add up to 32 lbs lost and put me at 150. Today, when I stepped on the scale, I discovered that I have now officially lost 30 lbs (!!!!!) since last March! I'm so close to this goal I can taste it - and I had given myself til April to reach it....I'm positive I can reach it by March, but I might even reach it next week the way things have been going!!
I'm feeling really proud right now; like I've really accomplished something
Once I reach 150, I intend to continue working out and eating right (that will stick for the rest of my life!), and I will see what happens. At 150, my goal will move from losing weight to losing fat - and if I lose weight while I'm at it, so much the better!
Anyways, just wanted to share my awesome news!!!
