Awesome Friend!

My biggest struggle is getting to the gym. Having two active kids, I am shuttling them from place to place, and can't find the hour in the day to get to the gym. I honestly don't know where my time goes someday. So I have been praying and praying for a way to fit working out into my life. My answer came by the way of my best friend Kat. Kat has also battled with weight issues and years ago made her goal. She recently had mentioned that she was going to sell her elliptical and buy a tread mill. I kept debating if I should make her an offer on her elliptical. But then three weeks ago I was rear ended at a red light, and my car was totalled. Well having an 8 year old car I didn't get a lot from my insurance company and had to dip deep into my savings to get a dependable used. So there went my elliptical. I have been little depressed dealing with the loss of my car. I'm not a big fan of change. Well last week Kat texted me that she was giving me her elliptical. I jumped for joy. Yesterday it was installed in my bedroom. And bing after dropping the kids off to school, I cranked up iTunes and USED it! Then I followed it with my Spark Stability ball work out. I feel Good. The best of all is to know that I have such and awesome friend who understood my need.

Awesome! And the best way to pay her back - as well as do something that will make you feel amazing - is to USE IT on a regular basis! Good luck, that's really too cool!
