half way there

Well this heart healthy challenge this month it about half way through and I'm feeling great. I've lost about 2 pounds but work outs are going better each day. Hope to be as healthy as I came be when I reach my goal. Long term, 115 and maintain it and get toned, mid term to get to the 115 and feel better with every day, short term is to loss a few pounds a month until I reach 115 and work out at least 5-6 days a week. emoticon
