stress eating

Tuesday, February 16, 2010 what I want to do right now.

I'm back to work after a four day weekend (wonderful weekend!)

I ate bad yesterday

I missed Zumba last night

I have a new student who stresses at transitions (awesome.)

I have no sub for my paraprofessional.

My neighbor-teacher/friend is gone this week b/c her brother passed away.

Lots of stress and not a lot of working out equals a very "hungry" girl (not really hungry at all, but just in need of calm).

yo yo lady! Interestingly enough, I remembered a few Spark People articles that I saved that deal with emotional eating. I thought I would share them with you in case you wanted to read them. You may need to copy and paste the links. I thought they were quite helpful - hope you find them valuable. Do I think you really need to read them, probably not. Maybe a nice refresher and hey, you can possibly get some Spark points, woo hoo. We know it's all about the points, lol.

Hope you have a good rest of the week!!

I'm thinking of you right now. Brainstorm some other things you will enjoy doing that will help relieve your stress and take your mind off FOOD. Taking this action will likely relieve some of the anxiety that the stress is causing you to feel, and help you focus on making it thru the week in as healthy a way as possible. Will keep sending you good, happy vibes all week!
