ok so i am back - the weighing scale is being mean and saying i have put on weight...excuse me Mr Scale i went for 4 days...u cant go up! anyway i am going to blame it on water retention (i swallowed a lot of salty sea water! - lol)...anyway rather than crying over spilt milk. let me get back to the PLAN.
the plan is
1) Eat breakfast
2) No sweets and other bad things till 28th Feb (come on i can do it...just 2 weeks...repentence for all the cheese cakes i have gorged on!)
3) 2 Fruits and 2 veges - finding this 2 fruits business tough though
4) use the tracker - grrr i hate the tracker
5) Take a walk for half hour every day (am way behind on my exercise schedule) in addition to my aerobics.
6) Eat out only once this week ( this one is going to be a tuffie - the hubby needs to cooperate)
