Back from holiday!

ok so i am back - the weighing scale is being mean and saying i have put on weight...excuse me Mr Scale i went for 4 days...u cant go up! anyway i am going to blame it on water retention (i swallowed a lot of salty sea water! - lol)...anyway rather than crying over spilt milk. let me get back to the PLAN.

the plan is

1) Eat breakfast
2) No sweets and other bad things till 28th Feb (come on i can do it...just 2 weeks...repentence for all the cheese cakes i have gorged on!)
3) 2 Fruits and 2 veges - finding this 2 fruits business tough though
4) use the tracker - grrr i hate the tracker
5) Take a walk for half hour every day (am way behind on my exercise schedule) in addition to my aerobics.
6) Eat out only once this week ( this one is going to be a tuffie - the hubby needs to cooperate)

I'm glad that you had a good holiday! Now to get back to focus. Don't deprive yourself entirely--that just makes it all the more tempting to binge when you do treat yourself!

The scale has gone up for me, to---not a lot (not even a lb last time) but slowly creeping up. Bah. I defy the scale. I can do this, and so can you!

    Hey i am gaining and drastically cut my portions as long as i am not starving...dont worry..but eat everything..when u deprive, u crave and then binge...dont will be good..

i am trying a no salt added technique to keep the sodium down...

good luck and u can do this..

make a fruit salad- 1apple 1 banana and add cold milk and it makes a gud snack and u get ur 2 fruits...yay...

    Weight is always a See-Saw.try eating a little of everything but keep control of the quantities-----it's the bingeing that causes all the problems!!!You may lose weight more slowly but it won't come back---so try it!!!

    i too gained a lot...but not thinking too much about it....lolzz let it least for 1 or 2 more days ..after tht i will start working again.....i am still in "Goa" mode
