Resting Sore Foot

I've had a sore foot for close to two weeks and finally concluded that possibly 'resting' it may help! However after little or no activity on Saturday and Sunday (and so far today LOL) I'm not sure it has improved very much. There are has been some swelling across the top and that does seem to be less. I may have to give in and visit the doctor!

    You really need to listen to your body! That's the biggest thing I learned when I started working out 3 years ago. I injured my knee and kept running till it was too sore. Well that set me back 2 weeks. Now if a body part is sore I'll try again the next day but if it's the same or worse I'll take a day off at least before trying again. You don't want to be laid up longer than you have to be. Hopefully it gets better soon!
