Losing again

Yes I am one of those people who does not believe that we should be defined by the scale, but by our actions. Still it is nice to see when the actions result in movement on the scale. I have been stuck at 282 for 6 months --- well not really stuck there, my weight has gone up from there --- as high as 290 in the last 6 months, but not down from there. Friday night, I got in 10 glasses of water and finally got 8 hours of sleep. When I woke up on Saturday morning, I was down to 280. WooHoo. It made me happy. Yesterday, I got in 10 glasses of water, slept more than 8 hours and woke and weighed 279. I have not seen below 280 in several years. I am on a roll!

congrats on your new life style. getting sleep and drinking water and a healthy diet. before you know it 250 will be starring you flat in the face and your going to need some new clothes for sure.
