Sunday, February 14, 2010

My Hubby & I cook for a group of Sr. Citizens every month. They requested 'cabbage rolls' for Valentines Day so this is the menu we are preparing. They love trying new things & enjoy my Hubby's creative cooking skills. I thought I would share this one since it is a rather interesting and entertaining:

I am so glad to hear that other people know what "halupsa" is. That is the Russian name for cabbage rolls. The German name escapes me right now but it is a family favorite. What a wonderful menu. I am sure they enjoyed it immensely! emoticon
