About 3 weeks ago I decided it was time to get back to a healthy lifestyle after fooling around for over two years. It has been a struggle with lots of struggles and challenges getting in the way. I have been getting back to basic. The first thing I concentrate on was getting my 8 glasses of in water in and this week I have been working on tracking and getting all my favorite foods set up to be able to do a better job tracking with less time. Next week I will continue working on food choices. In the situation I am in, I have been waiting until my parents get up to eat breakfast with them, so next week I am going to change my schedule so that I can get in enough meals to get in my veggies.
Exercise is a big problem with me also; so next week I am going to put more effort into getting up and moving. I will try and use my walk away the pounds dvd.
I am inspired by all my SP friends. I know that with the LORD's help and concentration I will complete this journey.
