Today, I took my three-month body measurements... I'VE LOST 7 INCHES, my friends!
I'm also another 2 lbs. down and am feeling marvelous!
Just now, my DH called... he's at Chick-Fil-A and is bringing lunch home for everyone and wanted to know if I wanted something.
So my mind started racing... of course I want something... it's lunchtime... BUT WHAT?
And then I remembered the Dining Out Guide... I ran to the computer, went into my Bookmark menu, and there it was, right where I saved it.
"You need to hurry up... I'm at the window," DH said.
I click on "Chick-Fil-A", and voila, a host of low caloric choices perfectly listed... I quickly scanned the list, and as soon as he was done with everyone's orders, he said, "Okay. Do you know what you want?" And I said, "Yes. I'll have the Chargrilled Chicken Garden Salad with nonfat honey mustard salad dressing." He ordered it, I hung up the phone, and then I clicked on the "Add to meal planner" button, and THAT'S IT! SO, SO EASY!
These little things get me so excited because they help me to succeed in my journey... they make my life easier, allowing me to change my lifestyle in a healthy way while providing convenient information and tracking tools.
It's Day 21 and I am feeling so empowered AND grateful AND happy for the little steps and the little things in SparkLife...
