I am still struggling with Strength Training for one of my team's goals. It's only to do 5 Strength Training exercises 3X per week and I am totally lacking.
However, another of the Team Goals is to have a Calorie Deficit daily and that I am excelling in! WooHoo me! I am back to 120.8 today!! After I post this blog, I am going to get on my treadmill and try for a minimum of 20 minutes! I can do it!!

Thank you everybody! I don't know why I never thought of starting with one exercise and doing it throughout the day! One set here, one set there, and I would be doing ST!
I have done 36 minutes on the treadmill so far - I haven't been on it in weeks so today I try and the phone keeps ringing, lol, and even company to come by! But I am going to get on it again later!
Right now I am going to do some squats! Thanks to all suggesting fewer minutes and fewer exercises to start out with!
today I did 3 upper body ST plus a 41 minute walk!
