Back tracking? HELP!!!!!!

So Ive had an awful start to febuary. I stopped going to the gym, PMS cravings and crankiness have totally destroyed my hard work. I want to go to the gym but here I am back at square one, feeling like I need to hit myself over the head to make myself go to the gym. What do you think? Should I back track and start just doing a few mins on the elliptical again? Or make myself do the full 30? how the heck can I get over this bump? HELP!

    girl plz!! go for the 30!! it's not like u have been out of the game for too long!! if u were doing 30min just a couple weeks ago then go for 30 now!! u can do it!!

    Someone made a comment a week or so ago that has helped me so much. I have an elliptical but I watch the clock, steps etc. and it was really a chore. Now I took their suggestion and pop in a movie to watch and the time just flies. I make sure water is handy because that also helps me to put in more time.
I will not allow myself to finish the movie off of the elliptical.
The last one I watched was First Daughter and I loved it. emoticon emoticon

    Plan on the whole 30, but listen to your body and maybe back off the intensity a touch instead of stopping early. Good Luck, I think you'll do fine!

    I say go for the 30 minutes - if you only last 20 then that's not so bad - just do what you can - your body will guide you. Good Luck!!

    I say go for the whole 30! Your body is conditioned, even with the breaks. Your muscle has memory. But do the best you can! YOu will do great.
