Off From Work Until Tuesday

emoticon I am off work until Tuesday!! Even though there is a lot of snow on the ground, I am enjoying my time off.

Today I did the Biggest Loser workout and also biked for 40 minutes. Wow, when you don't work you have a lot of time to exercise. I really needed some time off since I wasn't able to take any during the Christmas holiday. I really haven't had a solid week off since my son got married over a year and a half ago, so it's nice to get a few days to myself.

Tomorrow I need to grocery shop since I haven't done that since early last week before the big storm. Then going to get my hair cut and then come home and tackle my art room that I keep picking away at. It got rather messed up at Christmas, so it's time to reorganize and declutter it. Working in there is a challenge, but I do enjoy being there.

Now for some bad news, got on the scale and I am up a pound. Not quite sure how that happened because I log in my food every day, so need to really be careful even more so now. I have upped my exercise a lot in the last 2 weeks, so not sure what this is all about.

Oh well, as long as I am eating healthy, I figure that's a good thing even if the scale isn't showing a loss. I just don't want it to show another gain.

    Hey, a pound's not so bad - our weight fluctuates during the month whatever we do. The main thing is to keep going with the healthy eating and exercising. You'll get there!

    Enjoy your time off.
I wouldn't worry a 1 pound. It will come off. It could be water retention. If your sodium is up.
That was pointed out to me. So I thought I would pass it on.

    If you have upped your exercise, UP your cals. Whole foods eating is the best fuel you can feed your body also.
