Well, finally gave in and saw my doctor today...I have pneumonia...sheesh...had it three winters in a row many years ago and was told that I'd always be more susceptible to it, but then never got it again so didn't think much about it...I'm taking antibiotics and hopefully will be feeling better in a few days...I go back on Monday to see my doc so we'll see what she says then. In the meantime, I'm to stay inside as much as possible, drink a lot of fluids and take my antibiotics. Guess i'll pay attention next fall when my doc suggests the pneumonia vaccine instead of thinking I'm invincible...

Okay, so you are not invincible...who is? Time to take a rest, get a good, inspiring book to read and consider this weekend a time to pamper yourself. I'm thinking fuzzy slippers and a jammies for two days straight - aahhhhhh...I can feel the unwinding already. Take care of those lungs - you need them!

Get well soon friend!

EWWWWWW! I've never had pneumonia, I don't think! If you can't exercise, spend the down time on other "to-do" items that will move you farther down the road - not that you don't already have a fabulous outlook on life etc.

Get well soon ! I know how you are feeling as I had double pneumonia in March 2006 and it was a real misery. I took a week off from work to try to recover.

Rest, relax, drink warm fluids and feel better !
