I started the couch to 5k program this week. I started with week one but found that it wasn't challenging at all so I skipped to week 2 day 1, which is what I did today. So in all, I spent 35 minutes on my treadmill and then another 32 minutes on my elliptical. I also used one of my 10 minute solutions videos to work my arms and abs. I feel pretty good about my workout. I should not have had a second latte this morning and wish I didn't like them so much. At least I have almost completely stopped drinking mt. Dew! I used to drink 1-2 20 ounce bottles every day, but now have it maybe once or twice a month if I am tired at work (I work night shift).
