I started the couch to 5k program this week. I started with week one but found that it wasn't challenging at all so I skipped to week 2 day 1, which is what I did today. So in all, I spent 35 minutes on my treadmill and then another 32 minutes on my elliptical. I also used one of my 10 minute solutions videos to work my arms and abs. I feel pretty good about my workout. I should not have had a second latte this morning and wish I didn't like them so much. At least I have almost completely stopped drinking mt. Dew! I used to drink 1-2 20 ounce bottles every day, but now have it maybe once or twice a month if I am tired at work (I work night shift).

    If you go to hulu.com, you can watch Season 9, episodes 1-6 online. It's sure motivating to get up and get moving! emoticon

    I'm so proud of you Katy! Soda and coffee drinks are a hard habit to break! Don't beat yourself up too much, just try to drink them in moderation or make some healthy substitutions, like skim milk in your coffee drinks, etc. I watched an episode of Biggest Loser on the internet last night and it got me all riled up to eat right and exercise! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Good job on almost getting that MD habit kicked. I haven't had a full-strength one in about two months now I think and I am finally to the point where I don't miss them (much anyway, lol). Hopefully it will get warmer out so we can start walking/jogging outside soon! :o)

    Way to go!! By the way, after some time goes by without drinking soda, one day you'll take a swig and go "Ooooooo, I can't take that sticky, syrupy, taste anymore ... spit spit."
