Darn Digital Scales - Gosh I LOVE it!

Wednesday, February 10, 2010

Today when I got on the scale - I weigh every day, it's something I need to do to hold myself accountable - I realized that every pound feels like 10! I no longer think of one pound at a time but in terms of tenths of a pound!
emoticon So every "pound" has 10 pounds within it!!

This I think is going to be a great thing because I believe it is the reason I freak at 123!

An AHA! moment!!

Thank you whoever you are that invented the digital scale!

I made myself go a week without stepping on the scales. It was hard! I'm up half a pound. I'm going to try every other day this week.

Yeah, I weigh myself every day too. Helps keep me focussed on making good choices through the day. Have an old rotary scale which is fine for right now.

I weigh everyday too but only use one day as the offical weight. I'd be jazzed at being 123. Congrats!!

I quite like my prehistoric scales that only have pound markers especially when I weigh myself without my glasses so I can't quite see what's going on but get the general impression! emoticon

Funny how our perceptions change though isn't it?

I wouldn't give up my digital scale for anything! It is accurate and I can't argue with it. I weigh only once a week and it sure tells me if I have "gone astray from the Spark way"! Hey, that rhymes LOL!

I seem to keep losing on even numbers, lol. Just a pound, or two, very few 1.8's. I like digital too tho! =)
