I was nice and motivated to keep exercising and to consistently reach my goal of 70 minutes a day of exercise after a good run yesterday. Right until I stepped on the scale this morning. I somehow gained 5lbs in one week! Between new routines, pms, and a few beers on Sunday I have half a dozen reasons to have gained a little water weight. Right?

But I measured myself as well. And while I haven't gotten bigger, my measurements haven't gotten smaller either.

How about that for demotivating.

But...instead of pouting to much more, I need to double check how much I'm eating and try a little harder on the exercise portion as well. That way I know I'm doing what I need to do.

    Good for you not beating yourself up!! Keep up the work, it will come off. I was in a rut for a month where nothing came off, now it is. Be honest with yourself on tracking you food (I wasn't!). Just stick with it, it will come off!! Good luck!
