I managed to hit the correct calorie range 2 days in a row! I got the right amount of all of my nutrients except for B12 and protein (just a few grams short).
It is a real stuggle for me to get all of the nutrients I track in the correct range. Usually if I hit the calorie range, I am short on fat. It is unusual for me to hit the calorie range and be low on protein. I ate lots of plants today and some of them - yummy avocado - were high in fat. So that helped. I also had olive oil in my salad dressing today.
