I must say I feel amazing! I have already lost 10lbs & I am doing this! I can do this!
I know that this will be my turning point! I am using my treadmill doing Interval walk/run... working at adding in the weight training & food on track~ Eating Clean! Whohoo! My PMS should be kicking in full blown but I still feel hormonally balanced! Whohoo!
