Goal Met

Well, I set a goal of : for 14 days I would not have pop, I would drink my 8 glasses of water, not to go over my calories, and would exercise each day that I am not working. And I did it! I had headaches the first few days, and the cravings were bad at times....but I did it! I can feel a difference already! The cravings are gone... And I lost 8 pounds in the process!

Now its on to the next 2 weeks......

    emoticon 8 lbs is a great loss. Now as it slows, don't get discouraged as it is bound to happen. You've gotten thru the hardest hurdle, in my opinion, the detox from the soda. Will be cheering you on!
