Well, I set a goal of : for 14 days I would not have pop, I would drink my 8 glasses of water, not to go over my calories, and would exercise each day that I am not working. And I did it! I had headaches the first few days, and the cravings were bad at times....but I did it! I can feel a difference already! The cravings are gone... And I lost 8 pounds in the process!
Now its on to the next 2 weeks......
