I am a member of TOPS. Once you reach your goal weight, you can become a KOPS--Take Off Pounds Sensibly/Keep Off Pounds Sensibly. I am now a KOPS. In order to remain a KOPS, you must stay within a 10 lb range--7u lbs under and 3 lbs over, are allowed.
Because of my jaw cancer surgery, the foods that go down best are very moist--preferably a soup or gravy consistency. Love the yogurts, ice creams, and gravy on stuff. However, much of that stuff are calorie nightmares.
Trying very hard to stay within those 10 lbs boundaries. Tough.
