two steps back & one step forward

Yes, you read that right. On Saturday, my official off day, I did my Hula Rockin' Mama workout. On Sunday I didn't do a darn thing & overate. So I took 2 steps back & 1 step forward. This is why I MUST go do my cardio & weight training NOW. So I'm signing off to do that & will blog about it tomorrow.
