Going into Week 6

The hardest part of all of this is the eating thing. I start craving sugar in the afternoons and start getting the munchies. In five weeks however, I have burned about 11000 calories and lost 11 pounds!!! Awesome. I can't complain. I am feeling more energy and am feeling the healthiest I have felt in years. I have to say that this is the longest I've ever kept up my quest to exercise and be healthier and know that immediate results which I've always sought out are not possible. I think this is awesome!!! I pray each night that I keep up the good work!
