I have been trying to ramp up the fitness part of my new healthy lifestyle. I'm starting by aiming for 150 minutes per week of indoor exercise and daily stretching/push-ups by the tv.
I fit in an extra work-out to make it to 150 minutes. I ran up and walked down the stairs in my house 10 times and did girly push-up pyramids (20 then 15 then 10 etc) BUT kept adding extra push ups. I also did some of my Wii-fit exercises without turning on the Wii-Fit (they go SOOO much faster that way).
I was SORE - and sooo happy to be sore. Then you KNOW you're making progress building up some calorie-burning muscle.
