For those who know me or keep up with my blog, you know that refocusing on my goals helps to get me motivated and get through the week. Overall weight maintanence is my main goal, but I throw some other goals in the mix too. Here goes:
1- Drink 4 bottles of water (green brita water bottle 22 ounce) a day
2- Mon: 45 min run/walk
Tues: 20 min run/walk, 20 min elliptical
Wed: Bosu bootcamp and half hour pilates
Thur: Kickboxing
Fri: 45 min run/walk
Sat: Bosu bootcamp (if relatives don't come into town)
3- Consume no more than 1750 calories (lower end of my calorie range because I overdid it this past weekend!)
4- Don't consume alcohol at all until Friday night. If I feel like drinking, enjoy hot chocolate and a girl scout cookie.
5- Finish reading "5 people you meet in Heaven" by Friday so I can finally go out and buy another book.
If I complete these goals (daily workouts can be altered as long as completed) then I will reward myself with 2 pairs of yoga pants and a new book on Saturday! Good luck to my SparkFriends with their goals this week.
