Well it's my third attempt at Spark... Not that the other two times failed, but I would do good for about 3-6 months and then life would interrupt and I would fall off the wagon. One thing that I have noticed that I don't fall too far off the wagon. Each time I pick up more and more good habits that I continue with, even if I'm not "sparking".
This time around I am finding that I am having a much better time staying motivated. I haven't lost any weight (even though I have been watching what I eat and exercising at least 3 hours each week, for the last month). But this hasn't caused me to stop working at it. I am realizing that I am benefiting in other ways... I am so much more POSITIVE in my every day activities. I have so much more energy. Also it's helping me with every day stress (which being a stay-at-home mom with three kids, can be alot!).
Fingers crossed that the scale will start dropping this week!
