Manic Monday

Back on the Wii this morning, 35 minutes of exercise and down a pound on the Wii. I need to do some fitness work when I get home and since today is my long day, this will be my challenge.

Did well with the Superbowl last night, but in order to get my sleep and to get up and exercise, I went to bed before seeing the Saints win. I didn't have a team in this game, but enjoyed what I saw.

Cauliflower soup for lunch and a plan for dinner. Maybe Monday isn't so manic.
